Becoming exists because no one should have to figure this out alone — and sometimes what helps most isn’t a coaching session, it’s community. Autism On the Go (AOG) is a peer-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit built by and for autistic and neurodivergent adults, and it’s where a lot of this work started.

AOG Virtual Groups

Join AOG’s identity- and interest-based virtual groups, or drop into the Parallel Play Zone (PPZ) — a low-pressure virtual hangout where you can be around people without needing to talk, perform, or socialize in any specific way. Move between rooms (a quiet corner, a focus room for body doubling, a music room, an art room), chat if you want, stay quiet if you need. No pressure to be “on.”

EASE (Everyday Access & Support Essentials)

AOG’s EASE line is built on a simple idea: support isn’t a special accommodation, it’s part of everyday life. EASE offers practical tools — things like hydration support, sensory regulation aids, and light-sensitivity gear — priced at or near cost for community members, with an optional supporter price for those who want to help extend access to others. No purchase is required to participate in any AOG space.
